Executive and Leadership Coaching
What Coaching Can Do For You: Executive and Leadership Coaching helps you close the gaps between the results you currently experience and what you want to achieve. What kind of gaps have clients successfully bridged? We’ve helped already-successful managers go:
The common thread with coaching is that there is something at stake: a challenge, a stretch goal or an opportunity. And it feels compelling and exciting…and probably difficult. Because for whatever reason, up until now, sheer willpower has yet to do the trick. Partnering with your coach can focus attention, energy, and accountability. You still do the heavy lifting, yet your coach can ensure you’re in the right frame of mind, you’ve chunked the goal down to do-able steps, and you’re tapping into all available resources. If along the way you are thwarted or run into a wall, we work with these underlying forces to create a breakthrough. Frequently Asked Questions about Coaching Q: How long does it go?
A: Think of coaching as a one-year partnership. You may close your gaps sooner or later than that, yet with a one-year timeframe in mind, you’ll seldom settle for setting small goals. What do you want to be different for yourself in one year? What are your Big Deal desired outcomes? Q: How often will we coach?
A: Typically you’ll receive 3-4 hours of coaching per month in 60-90 minute sessions. We’ll find the rhythm that matches how quickly you want to move. Q: Will we meet in person or over the phone?
A: After our initial face-to-face meeting, our coaching is usually over the phone. We tailor the arrangements to suit your needs. Q: What if I’m not clear about my goals?
A: Rest assured! That'll be the subject of your first 1-3 sessions: getting your goals (even more) clear, specific and measurable. |
